The successful candidate will be able to practise in all kinds of IP matters, prosecution and litigation of patents, utility models, designs, trademarks, plants, unfair competition and related rights. Moreover, the candidate will be afforded the opportunity to work on all types of transactions involving intellectual property, such as licensing and collaboration agreements, as well as related commercial arrangements. The candidate will also become involved with assisting on the intellectual property aspects of sales of shares and assets sales, and financings as well as advising clients in IT law. A technical background / science qualifications are desirable but not essential. Any applicant will need to be dynamic and motivated by the challenges of working on high quality, cutting edge matters.
