Any attorney-at-law who uses a unique toll-free vanity number (a number spelling a phrase on a key pad and thus easier to remember) with a designation attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwalt), law office (Anwaltskanzlei) or attorneys-at-law (Rechtsanwaltskanzlei) . 2. It is possible to claim forbearance from the Deutsche Telekom AG – as a disturber under § 1 of the Unfair Competition Act, if the Deutsche Telekom AG has allocated such a number to an attorney-at-law or if it has on behalf of an attorney-at-law filed an application for such a number with the Regulatory Authority for Telecommunications and Posts or if it supports the allocation of such a vanity number to a lawyer. 3. It is impossible to eliminate the risk of further commission of an offence based on the preparatory actions by means of a mere cease-and-desist declaration, if false statements have been made during the proceedings for the preparatory actions. |
