Court rulings in the area of competition law:

• Obligation to respond to a warning: Persons who received a written warning are obliged to respond to the warning within the time limit, to avoid any costs.
   
• Mobile phone for EUR 0,00: Such an offer infringes neither competition law nor the Regulation governing Free Gifts with Sales, it does, however, infringe the Price Indication Act.
   
• Benetton-advertisement: Advertisements can be protected by freedom of opinion and press.
   
• The Higher Regional Court of Celle sided with the summary decision of the Regional Court of Hanover dealing with anwalt-hannover.de and held that there was no deception involved; this being a very critical decision.
